The GoBusters fight the forces of Vagras at a hospital!  Systems failing, patients suffering, doctors overwhelmed!  In a country and time frame where these things are not commonplace!  ...Bleh, made myself sad again.  Let's drown it out with some nice pizza, and competent mecha action!
